Talk with me, it's a short simulation game that deals with the anxiety that people can feel in our society in certain situations. You wil find yourself living a stressful situation of social anxiety, which you must face with a relaxation technique: deep breathing.

In this short experience we wanted to remember a basic techniche of relaxation: Deep breathing. 

Breathing is such a basic action that we forget we are even doing it!  And this is why we remind you that deep breathing  is a powerfull and simply action than can help calm your nerves, reducing stress and anxiety just enabling more air to flow into your body.
